Re-inspection after repairs
Once repairs are finished I return and inspect the repaired doors. The report is updated to show them as they are now, so a council, assessor or insurer can see the faults were dealt with.

Yes. After repairs I go back, inspect the work and update the report so you have proof the faults were fixed.
How are repeat checks recorded?
Each visit produces a digital report with a pass or fail and photos for every door. Kept together, the reports give you a dated history of each door. Doors I couldn't reach are recorded as not inspected, never as passed.
