What you get
An 11-point check on up to 10 doors, with every door and fault photographed. You get the report within 48 hours of the visit, or £25 off the repairs if it's late. The report includes a fixed price for any repairs.

The 48-hour promise
Paid inspections usually get their report within 24 hours. The free check carries a firm promise instead: the report within 48 hours of the visit, or £25 off the repairs if it's late.
What happens after the check
The report includes a fixed repair price that I hold for 30 days. You decide whether I do the work or someone else does.
How to claim it
Press Claim free check and the booking form is set up for you. Give the postcode and the number of fire doors, then put the address and who will let me in in the message box. You can call me instead if you prefer.

Is it really free?
Yes. I inspect up to 10 doors and send the report at no charge. You aren't obliged to buy repairs from me afterwards.
How many doors are covered?
Up to 10 fire doors in one HMO. Most HMOs I see have between 5 and 10.
What if my HMO has more than 10 doors?
The free check covers 10 doors. Tell me the full count when you book and I'll confirm the cost of inspecting the rest before the visit.
Do I have to use you for the repairs?
No. Your report comes with a fixed repair price I hold for 30 days. You can accept it or take the report to a fitter of your choosing.
How often can I use it?
I run up to 10 free checks a month across all landlords. If you want it for more than one property, ask when you book and I'll tell you what I can fit in.
