Most jobs begin with an inspection, and the report decides what comes next. A failed door may need a small repair, a new leaf or a complete doorset, and after the work I come back to check it. See Fire door inspection cost for how the inspection is priced.
Repairs
Seals, closers, hinges and adjustments, quoted from your report and fixed by me. I carry common parts, so small fixes can be done during the visit with your agreement.
Installation
New FD30 door leaves into suitable frames or complete certified doorsets with frames, which I fit myself. Quoted separately once the doors have been inspected.
Maintenance
Repeat checks on a schedule that suits the building, from every quarter to once a year. After any repairs I come back and update the report.
